Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following states: AK, CA, DC, ID, LA, MO, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OR, VA, WV, and WY. If you do not reside in one of the above states, contact us and we will arrange an alternate shipping method for you. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Spiriterra Vineyards. In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult state resident may receive by direct shipment. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state.

Shipments will be ground unless otherwise requested, and cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be charged automatically to your credit card on file prior to shipping.

If the customer chooses Air or faster ground transportation, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

All orders placed are usually shipped within 48 hours. However, there are times during the year when shipping times are increased, such as during the holidays and/or during the harvest season (September & October). If faster service is needed, please contact us at Once your order is placed and ready for shipment you will receive an email with tracking information. If paying by check, orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

In order to ensure your wine arrives to you in excellent condition we encourage clients to wait for wine to be shipped in the fall rather than during the hot summer months. If there are concerns about extreme weather conditions in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. Spiriterra Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

All shipments must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age. All shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker. UPS/FedEx require proper ID and will make up to three delivery attempts before returning a shipment back to us. We recommend you provide us with a business shipping address for best service.
